Shipping

Orders are shipped upon completion of payment from customer within 4-5 business days, unless otherwise notified. Lavishly Pink Apparel is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the shipping handler.

Returns

Online purchases made through the Site are valid for store credit, minus shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving items. To receive store credit items must be returned unworn, and with original tags attached. If items are returned with signs of being worn or damaged in any way, a credit will be denied. Please message Lavishly for all return request. Lavishly Pink Apparel is not responsible for any return shipping costs.

Orders

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

Payment for all orders must be completed by credit card, or PayPal payment at time of checkout. All forms of online payments transactions are subject to validation checks by your card issuer, and bank. We are not responsible if your card issuer or bank decline your payments for any reason. Please note that your card issuer, or bank may charge additional fees for online handling, or processing, that we are also not responsible for. No products from Lavishly Pink Apparel will be shipped without proper payment from the customer.

THE USER’S SOLE REMEDY IS TO CEASE USE OF THE SITES.
